Recruitment overview

Monthly wage

190,000 yen or more (Japan: only for graduates of vocational schools)
*New graduates from college, without experience (Reference) 205,000 yen
*These are the minimum wages for those without work experience.
*Wages are determined based on experience, skills, and certificates/licenses in accordance with our company regulations.
*Overtime pay and allowance for commuting expenses are separately paid.

Other benefits and allowances

Housing allowance, overtime or weekend/holiday work allowance, transfer allowance, commuting allowance, family allowance, etc.

Work hours

Eight-hour work from 9:00 to 18:00 (break: 12:00 to 13:00)

Weekends and holidays

Two days off per week (Saturday work may be required depending on the company calendar), holidays, summer holiday, New Year holiday, 117 days off per year, days off for wedding/funeral, annual paid holidays (including half-days off), childcare leave/leave for nursing, maternity leave, menstrual leave, bone marrow donor leave, leave to take care of children, etc.

Offices of business affiliates in Tohoku, Kanto, Tokai, Kansai, Chugoku, and Kyushu areas

Eligibility

1. Those who have Japan Engineer Visa *Those who satisfy any of the following conditions

-Those who have bachelor’s degrees in engineering
-Those who have nationally designated certificates for obtaining the Japan Engineer Visa
-Those who have ten or more years of experience in the following work

2. Japanese language level N2 or equivalent

*The acquisition of N2 level is not required. We check the language skill in the interview.

Open positions

Mechanical engineer

Mechanism design, housing design, and structural design such as engine design, layout design, chassis and body design, automatic transmission design, LCD panel design, television housing design, multifunction device mechanism design, and semiconductor production device design, and testing, evaluation, and analyses of those.

Electrical and electronic engineer

Design of analog, digital, and high-frequency circuits, design, analysis, evaluation of embedded devices, microcomputer system, development of LSI (ASIC, FPGA, and others), and design and evaluation of devices

Information engineer

Design of car navigation systems, development of multifunction devices, development of firmware, development of Android applications, design and construction of databases, and coding and debugging

Production engineer

Design of facility processes and other production technologies in general, maintenance of production lines and process management, production facility planning, layout design, planning and launching of production lines, process development, and NC processing

Chemical and physical engineers

Research and development including inorganic synthesis of industrial chemical products such as materials, analysis of polymer structure, semiconductor process, liquid crystal development, and other analysis, experiment, and evaluation
